Personality of a December 7 birthday
Mid-Sagittarius, at fifteen degrees, the Sun of December 7 sits in the Mars decan, giving intellectual courage and a combative streak in argument. The birthday number 7 adds introspection and a hunger for deeper truths. Together they suggest a fearless questioner, someone willing to challenge received wisdom and follow an idea wherever it leads, even somewhere uncomfortable.
By noon UTC on December 7, the Sun has normally reached roughly 15° of Sagittarius. That places the date in the Sagittarius decan that astrologers give to Mars, the second of three. Mars, ruler of Aries, acts as sub-ruler for the middle of Sagittarius, roughly December 2 to December 11. The sign's love of freedom picks up a sharper, more competitive edge. Early-December birthdays are frequently linked with bold, energetic people who are quick to champion a cause, whether on a playing field, in a debate or on the road. Their honesty may be direct enough to startle. Mars brings drive and courage, along with impatience when life moves slowly. Channelled well, this mix of vision and nerve makes for a natural pioneer, someone willing to test an idea in the real world.
Numerology of the December 7 birthday
Born on the 7th, you have a birthday number of 7 in its plain form. Numerology treats the birth day as a secondary influence, often visible in how a person thinks rather than what they do. The 7 has long been regarded as the seeker's number, linked with analysis, solitude and questions that do not have quick answers. Natives of the 7th are frequently described as observant, private and happiest when they can go deep into a subject. Time alone tends to recharge them, and trust in their intuition often grows as they learn when to stop overthinking.
Because the year enters the Life Path calculation, the same December 7 birthday leads to different paths across generations, among them 1 for 1980, 11 for 1990, 3 for 2000 and 4 for 2010. Some birth years on this date reach the master number 11. The Life Path calculator does the reduction for any year.
December 7 in context: the season, Chinese zodiac and famous birthdays
December birthdays arrive at the start of northern winter, around the shortest days and the year's festivities, and at the start of summer in the southern hemisphere. Sagittarius holds most of the month, with Capricorn beginning around December 21 or 22. In numerology December is month 12, which reduces to 3: expression and sociability, built from the 1 and 2 of initiative and partnership. December 7 is the 341st day of the year (342nd in a leap year). In most years Capricorn season is under way by December 22, 15 days after this birthday.
Chinese astrology is straightforward for a December 7 birthday: the new year began weeks earlier, so the birth year's own animal applies. December 7 is also the birthday of Noam Chomsky (1928), John Terry (1980) and Larry Bird (1956).
